What We Understand
Recommended starting point
The Partner Film
A 90-second 2D animated explainer that follows one engineer from "that'll take months" to working live on site. A single diagram builds as the narration moves on.
The viewer sees how the pieces connect: your existing applications, the 2Go server, and the devices your teams use in the field.
90 seconds — short enough to open a meeting or sit at the top of a partner landing page.
One building diagram — the whole product story told through one visual that grows scene by scene.
Real proof — Scottish Water, G-Cloud, Cyber Essentials and Deloitte, drawn from 2gocloud.com.
Partner end card — a space for each partner's own name and web address.
Draft as sent 14 October
Why Wait Months to Go Mobile?
A 90-second animated film based on how 2GoCloud gives mobile access to existing enterprise systems. Narration approx. 175 words.

0:00–0:10 · The request
A field engineer in hi-vis holds up a blank tablet. An IT manager watches a calendar flip forward month after month.
Every enterprise hears the same request from the field: put the system on a tablet. And IT usually gives the same answer: that'll take months.
0:10–0:24 · The usual route
Scaffolding and code brackets rise between them, one stack per application. A budget meter climbs. Data icons drop onto phones, each turning amber.
That's because the usual route is to rebuild every application as a mobile app. A project for each one, a team to build it and sensitive data on every device you hand out.
0:24–0:38 · Your applications
The scaffolding collapses. The desk becomes the first node of a diagram, with tiles stacked inside: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Bespoke, Legacy.
2GoCloud skips all of that. Your applications stay exactly where they are, whether it's SAP, Oracle, Microsoft or a bespoke system nobody wants to touch.
0:38–0:52 · Server to device
A line runs to a central 2Go server, then on to phone, tablet, Chromebook and laptop. Screen frames travel along it. A padlock locks onto the line.
A dedicated 2Go server streams the screen to Apple and Android phones and tablets, Chromebooks and laptops. The data never leaves your data centre, and every connection is encrypted to FIPS 140-2.
0:52–1:06 · Days, not months
Two bars race side by side. App development crawls across months. 2GoCloud stops at days. The budget meter drops back down.
No code means no app development budget and no rebuild. Teams go live in days, sometimes hours, on the systems the business already pays for.
1:06–1:20 · Proof
The engineer now works on a live tablet beside a water treatment site. Badges settle into a row: G-Cloud, Cyber Essentials, Deloitte.
Scottish Water chose 2GoCloud to replace Citrix. It's a G-Cloud supplier, Cyber Essentials certified and trusted by organisations including Deloitte.
1:20–1:30 · End card
The full diagram shrinks to an icon above the 2GoCloud logo. Beneath it, space for the partner's own name and web address.
Mobile access in days, not months. Ask your 2GoCloud partner for a demo.

Before anything is animated
We'd Like to Listen
The script is our first read of 2GoCloud from the outside. You and David know where partners get stuck, which questions come up in first meetings, and what a large enterprise needs to hear before it books a demo.
Discovery call
01
A 30-minute Teams call to understand how partners would use the film, which sectors matter most this year, and whether Scottish Water is the right story to lead with.
Shape the script
02
We'll come away with what we need to shape the script around your partners — and you'll come away with a clear view of how we'd approach it.
Lock and storyboard
03
Once aligned, we lock the script, set the visual direction and storyboard every scene for your approval before animation begins.
Produce and deliver
04
Motion production with voiceover, sound and music, two revision rounds, then delivery in the formats you need — around 4 to 6 weeks from go-ahead.
